Shipping Policy

Provided your orders are in stock, we will ship your orders within three business days, post the receipt of your order and credit card verification. The Estimated Delivery Dates are calculated based on orders received Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. Orders placed after 1pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will start their shipping window on Monday. We do not ship or deliver any orders on holidays or weekends. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the delivery date and time for any order.Shipping Method: UPS/FEDEX Regular Ground Service. Estimated Arrival Time: 2-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Return Policy

Damaged or Defective

If damage occurred to any product(s) in a shipment, contact UNITE RETURNS DEPARTMENT 1.888.95UNITE, or returns@unitehair.com within (48) hours upon shipment delivery. UNITE may request an electronic picture for proof of damaged goods. An RMA Number and Return Form will be issued that is required to be shipped back with the goods. Salon will be charged for replacement product if damaged or defective product is not returned to UNITE. UNITE is not responsible for replacing damaged goods if notified after (48) hours of shipment delivery.

Shortage Claims or Order Inaccuracy 

Any claim that an order was short of products or contained the wrong mix of products must be made within (48) hours of shipment delivery. If the claim is found to be the fault of UNITE, an RMA Number and Return Form will be issued that is required to be shipped back with the goods. Goods must be received within 14 days of issue date on RMA. If products are not
received within the 14-day time frame, Salon will be charged for replacement/correction product. UNITE is not responsible for any shortage or inaccurate order claims if notified after (48) hours of order receipt. If Salon orders wrong product, Salon needs to place another order and pay in full. The mis-ordered products can be returned to UNITE if issued of an RMA number within 48 hours of receipt of order. Salon will receive a credit back for products if received within 14 days of RMA date and falls under the guidelines listed below***

Refusal Orders

In the event an order is refused through no fault of UNITE, a 20% restocking fee along with the incurred shipping charges will be charged to Salon.

***It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products returned to UNITE are in resalable condition and properly packaged. Under the terms of the policies above, UNITE will accept and issue credit for the following merchandise returns if applicable
 
  • Products included on the submitted RMA only. Additional products sent will not be credited.
  • RMA Form included in return shipment
  • Products that are brand new, unopened, in current packaging and presently distributed by UNITE.
  • Products without price labels, residue from adhesive labels or markings of any kind
  • Products purchased and invoiced from UNITE
  • Products which were not purchased as part of an introductory deal, promotion, buy out or rewards redemption.
  • Products purchased less than 14 days prior to claim
